Terms and Conditions

PMBio Labs LLC maintains a public catalog of laboratory reference materials intended solely for legitimate, non-clinical laboratory research. By accessing the catalog, creating an account, or submitting an inquiry, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally authorized to act for the organization you identify, and will comply with all applicable laws and these policies.

Product listings, catalog prices, and availability are informational and are not an offer for sale. Online ordering and payment are currently unavailable. A product inquiry does not create an order, reserve inventory, guarantee availability, or obligate either party to complete a transaction.

All catalog prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD). Visitors are responsible for providing complete, accurate organization, contact, and research-use information in an inquiry. Product names, catalog content, photographs, branding, and website content may not be copied or used to misrepresent the source, approval, or intended use of a material.

PMBio Labs LLC owns or licenses the website, photographs, product records, and branding. You may not interfere with the site, gain unauthorized access, scrape protected account data, introduce malicious code, or use site content to misrepresent a product's source, approval, or intended use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, materials are supplied for the stated research purpose without warranties of fitness for human, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, food, cosmetic, or household use. PMBio Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from prohibited use or website misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to reimburse PMBio Labs LLC for reasonable losses and third-party claims caused by your unlawful use, prohibited diversion, material mislabeling, or material breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law. Oklahoma law governs these terms. Any dispute will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Oklahoma unless non-waivable law requires otherwise. Contact admin@pmbiolabs.com so the parties can attempt a direct resolution before litigation or a payment dispute.

PMBio Labs may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Any later written transaction terms will govern that separately accepted transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Research Use and Customer Eligibility Policy

Products offered by PMBio Labs are intended solely for legitimate laboratory research. Not for human or veterinary use. Not for diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, food, or household use.

Any prospective purchaser must be a qualified organization or researcher seeking materials for a documented, lawful, non-clinical laboratory purpose. Organization information, research-use acknowledgments, and manual review may be required before PMBio Labs considers any transaction outside this catalog.

The public catalog may be browsed without approval, but public access is not authorization to purchase or use a material. PMBio Labs may request additional organization, identity, destination, or research-purpose documentation before responding to or continuing an inquiry.

Prohibited Uses Policy

Materials may not be purchased, supplied, administered, applied, or used for human or veterinary consumption; diagnosis; treatment; cure; mitigation or prevention of disease; personal experimentation; food; cosmetics; household use; or resale for any such purpose.

PMBio Labs cannot provide dosing, administration, reconstitution, injection, medical, veterinary, or treatment guidance.

Orders associated with personal-use language, dosing or administration requests, misleading organization information, prohibited destinations, resale for nonresearch use, or attempted circumvention of eligibility controls may be rejected or canceled.

Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

PMBio Labs currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States. Orders are normally processed and tendered to the carrier on the same business day or the next business day after payment, customer eligibility, inventory, and any required manual review are confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

For any separately accepted future transaction, standard shipping is a $10.00 USD flat rate and priority shipping is a $15.00 USD flat rate. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $150.00 USD or more. Shipping terms are confirmed in writing; carrier transit estimates begin after carrier acceptance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking is emailed when available. Customers are responsible for a complete deliverable address and must contact admin@pmbiolabs.com before fulfillment to request an address correction. An address cannot be changed after carrier acceptance. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect, refused, or undeliverable address may be deducted from an approved refund where lawful.

Report a delayed, lost, stolen, damaged, refused, or returned shipment to admin@pmbiolabs.com with the order number and purchaser email. PMBio Labs will review tracking and carrier records and, when appropriate, open a carrier claim. A delivery scan is evidence of carrier delivery but does not eliminate remedies required by law. If PMBio Labs cannot ship within the stated processing time, it will provide a delay notice and an opportunity to cancel for a prompt refund.

No international shipping is currently offered. Products are not advertised as temperature-controlled shipments. Customers must follow any lot-specific storage information supplied with an accepted order; missing storage information will not be invented.

Cancellation Policy

Request cancellation as soon as possible by emailing admin@pmbiolabs.com with the order number and purchaser email. An order may be canceled for a full refund if the request is received and processed before the package is tendered to the carrier.

Once a package has been tendered to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or rerouted by PMBio Labs. A submitted request is not complete until PMBio Labs confirms the cancellation in writing.

Return, Refund, and Dispute Policy

Because product identity, storage, handling, and chain of custody cannot be verified after delivery, research materials are not eligible for routine return or exchange after shipment. Do not send any product back without written authorization from PMBio Labs.

Report a damaged package, missing item, incorrect item, or suspected defect to admin@pmbiolabs.com within 48 hours of recorded delivery. Include the order number, purchaser email, a description, lot information, and clear photographs of the shipping container, label, and affected item. Preserve the packaging and product while the claim is reviewed.

When PMBio Labs confirms a fulfillment error or qualifying transit damage, the available remedy may be replacement, account credit, or refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions typically post refunds within 5–10 business days after processing. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the issue resulted from a PMBio Labs error or a qualifying carrier claim.

Approved refund reviews are normally completed within five business days after all requested documentation is received. Contact admin@pmbiolabs.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so the company can review tracking, fulfillment, communication, and payment records. Suspected unauthorized payments are investigated and may result in cancellation, an account hold, or a report to the payment provider.

Privacy Policy

PMBio Labs may collect account and contact information, organization and eligibility information, product inquiries, customer-service communications, technical request information, and prior transaction records where applicable. Do not submit patient records, medical histories, payment credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Information is used to operate accounts; respond to product and documentation inquiries; review eligibility; prevent fraud and prohibited use; maintain inventory, compliance, and audit records; improve website reliability; and respond to lawful requests. Hosting, security, email, analytics, and professional-service providers may process only the information needed to perform their services.

The website does not currently collect online payment information. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and for applicable legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and compliance obligations.

PMBio Labs uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers may request access, correction, deletion, or information about applicable state privacy rights by emailing admin@pmbiolabs.com. PMBio Labs will verify the request and will not discriminate for exercising an applicable privacy right. Some transaction, tax, security, and compliance records may need to be retained or de-identified.

PMBio Labs does not knowingly offer accounts or products to children under 18 and does not knowingly sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Material changes to this policy will be posted with a revised effective date.

Cookie Notice

The site uses browser storage for the entrance acknowledgment and necessary cookies for security and requested site functions. Account and cart controls are not promoted while the website operates as a catalog-only experience.

PMBio Labs does not currently identify behavioral-advertising cookies in this storefront. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are added, this notice and any legally required consent controls will be updated before use.

Accessibility Statement

PMBio Labs aims to make catalog, account, inquiry, policy, and documentation content usable with keyboard navigation, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and labeled controls.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email admin@pmbiolabs.com with the page address and a description of the problem. PMBio Labs will review the request and provide a reasonable alternative when available.

Catalog and Transaction Inquiry Policy

PMBio Labs does not currently accept orders or payments through this website. Cart, checkout, card, wallet, bank-transfer, and cryptocurrency payment functions are disabled. The contact form is an inquiry channel only.

Do not send funds, payment credentials, bank details, wallet information, or card information through the contact form or in response to an unsolicited message. A product inquiry does not create an invoice, order, inventory hold, or payment obligation.

If PMBio Labs later agrees to consider a transaction, eligibility, inventory, destination, applicable tax, shipping, and written terms will be reviewed separately. PMBio Labs may decline an inquiry or proposed transaction that cannot be lawfully or safely supported.

Price Match Guarantee Terms

PMBio Labs will match or beat an eligible, verified advertised product price for the identical research material, strength, vial quantity, and package quantity currently available from an established U.S.-based competitor website. The request must be submitted before any separately accepted transaction and must include a working public URL or a clear, current screenshot showing the competitor, product, size, quantity, availability, and advertised price.

The competitor item must be in stock and available for purchase and delivery to the same eligible U.S. destination. The comparison is based on the product price before shipping and tax unless PMBio Labs states otherwise in writing. PMBio Labs may verify the listing, seller, product identity, availability, and terms before confirming the matched or beaten price.

The guarantee excludes typographical or pricing errors; expired offers; private quotes; auctions; marketplace or peer-to-peer sellers; membership, subscription, loyalty, employee, referral, first-order, coupon-code, clearance, liquidation, closeout, damaged, used, free, bundled-gift, or wholesale-only pricing; and offers that cannot be independently verified. Different strengths, quantities, formulations, packaging, or products are not identical comparisons.

An eligible price match is confirmed only in writing by PMBio Labs, applies to the verified quantity and product identified in that confirmation, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with another discount unless expressly approved. A price match inquiry does not create an order, reserve inventory, or collect payment, and all research-use, eligibility, inventory, destination, and transaction requirements still apply.

COA and Batch Documentation Policy

A Certificate of Analysis is published only when it is associated with the correct product and lot and includes its document date, laboratory identity, and verification status.

No report is described as independent or third-party tested unless a stored record identifies the independent laboratory and the document has been approved for publication. Replaced and superseded files remain controlled records.

When a verified document has not yet been published, its public status is displayed as Coming Soon and is never replaced with a fabricated result, purity claim, or lot record.

Promotion and Affiliate Terms

Any promotion will state its eligibility, effective period, exclusions, and redemption instructions. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. PMBio Labs may correct a promotion applied through error, fraud, or prohibited use before accepting an order.

Affiliates may not publish personal-use demonstrations; health, weight, bodybuilding, recovery, disease, dosing, administration, safety, efficacy, or regulatory-approval claims. Enrollment and continued participation require PMBio Labs review.
